We didn’t know there is a photograph service and was not prepared for it before the photographer came directly to the room. It will be better to make a call before coming to be less interruptive and give time to exhausted new parents and baby to think about it.

My surgery went so smoothly last Friday. I was in and out in a few hours and everyone from the receptionist at the front door to the nurses and surgeons were so friendly and personable.

the staff at the ER front desk were so kind as I was in so much pain. Everyone that I came in to contact with were very nice. Explained everything, got things going quickly.

I was extremely disappointed in the fact the catheter would not seal properly causing an ongoing mess.
I really don't understand why the catheter would not seal properly and continued to leal profusely. Was it a defective catheter or what.
When I returned the second time the Dr. on duty immediately said that they probably would not be able to get it to seal properly.??????
