Quick, easy & professional
The nursing staff was beyond impressive. I delivered on 10/27/22. I believe my charge nurse’s name was Bethany and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, taken care of and empowered to deliver my beautiful baby boy . I had a conflict with my OB who was more concerned with her patients at her practice than my delivery ( she was on her phone while I was delivering) and Bethany comforted me as a first time mom - her compassion is what got me through .
everyone is nice. I did not have to wait. And I found out what the problem was and what to do.
The staff, doctors and nurses were so great. Having a second miscarriage is traumatizing enough, but my DNC was my first surgery and first time going under general anesthesia. I was incredibly nervous but the staff was so comforting and helped make this as smooth of a day as it could of been. I’m so grateful for the experience I had.

Cost of care too great, received 2500$ bill. That's a lot to pay considering they didn't find out what was wrong with me. Lesson learned.

Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and doctor were so kind, accommodating and astutely interested in finding out what was going on with me. I truly felt like they cared. I would definitely recommend this ER too anyone and everyone.
My experience was organized and executed well. The communication was solid from the start, the team was available for questions, surgery Day was well organized and the team was very personable.

Very friendly! All personnel and healthcare givers were thorough in their explanations, and I never felt like I was rushed “in and out”. They took their time in speaking with me to assess my situation. Will definitely go back again whenever needed.
