What do you like about our services?

Everyone I encountered - from Hannah in Patient Access to Kevin and Shannon, my nurses in Pre- and Post-Op - was fantastic. They were friendly, professional and simply amazing. Even though there was a scheduling snafu by the physician’s office, the staff at the hospital made up for all of those issues. This was my first time as a patient at BSWF, and it’s the only place I’ll go from now on.

The television was on & the volume was very audible that when I was talking to the doctor he got distracted & watching the television for few seconds.

From the time I drove up and Valley guy the registration team and all of the nursing staff in employees in the pre-op in Post app was great I feel. Comfortable from the time I walked in to the time that I returned home.
