Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff.
They did not run any tests to confirm my diagnosis and the doctor seemed very rushed to get me in and out of there. I told them I thought I had strep and wanted a test but they did not tell my until I was already being seen that they didn’t have the ability to run labs like that which didn’t make sense if you all are connected to the hospital system. I’d they would have been transparent about that up front when I mentioned it at check in I would have gone somewhere else. He also gave me a very low dosage of zpack and things only got worse and I ended up going to the ER the next day to actually have tests run and they upped my dosage and gave me steroids as the swelling was pretty intense.

All the staff was extremely helpful and made myself as a new mom feel so comfortable. The food is outstanding. I truly loved every min being there even with a c section. Thank you to everyone!

Nurses set expectation would be headed home at 12:15-12:30pm. My wife received communication I was out of surgery and same 12:15-12:30pm expectation.
Finally a nurse came and she started with saying sir “I am so tired been working a lot !!!”
Totally unacceptable.
The individuals I met with were very friendly and informative. They provided a high level of care and provided in-depth explanations regarding my situation and the medications they were prescribing.

Your staff went beyond in making sure I was cared for and in no pain. There was so little wait time between check-in and my procedures, I didn't have the chance to get anxious, and each step was patiently explained, with opportunities for me to ask questions.
