Easy, prompt care with imaging on site was appreciated after my injury. Staff is courteous and great at what they do from check-in, assessment, treatment and finally discharge.
Everything went well and everyone was very nice and helpful. My appointment was at 9:00. It was 35 minutes before I was taken back and I think it was only because of the fact that I kept asking about it. Once back in the pre-op area, it seemed like it took forever for the doctor to show up. So, only the wait time was bad. Improve that and you have a winner.

Compassionate, thorough, good communication, patient, a lot of “little things” like warm blankets and long IV hoses and even a personal heater in the recovery room that made the process so much easier/more comfortable. I felt cared for on every level - from competent medical care to compassionate personal care.
