Great care throughout our entire labor and delivery process. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable! Eased all of our worries and concerns!! Kristina from labor and delivery was amazing!! All of the postpartum nurses were amazing!!! Misi and Kerry were wonderful and beyond helpful in the nursery.

From the minute I arrived to the minute I was put in my car everything was a ten. I may get their names wrong but the receptionist helped me with the in take papers. I sat in a beautiful reception area all decorated for the season. My family was treated to Cappuccino and breakfast rolls. I was taken back by and experienced and poised nurse. I was visited by Keith who explained all the drugs that I would be getting and calmed my fears. His colleague also stopped by to tell me about the meds and assure me I was in good hands. I was frightened to have the procedure. My doctor also came and described the procedure. A bit later I awoke as if nothing had occurred , visited with Dr. Siddhu and discussed the diagnosis then off I was to prepare for Thanksgiving.
Everyone was exceptionally pleasant and made me feel at ease.
Everyone was amazing. I was in a lot of pain when I arrived and everyone took care care of me and made it a priority to make me comfortable. From the front desk staff to Tony(RN) to Dr. Lee that all jumped right in to make sure my discomfort was limited. David who took me to CT was awesome as well. I will always refer anyone friends or family to your hospital.

You treat people like human beings not animals and the doctors seem to know what they're doing and care about their patients, which is more than I can say about any other Baylor Scott White hospital that I've been in
I have gastritis, hiatal hernia, colitis, etc. and needed an antibiotic that would be less strong on the stomach and the Dr. gave me antibiotics that worsen colitis symptoms and is not advised for those with gastric problems. He lied and said, "Clindamycin is known to be easier on the stomach." Idiot.

Medical staff was amazing! Specifically Heather in Labor and Delivery, Lesley in Nursery and Inge and Kim in Postpartum!!
Food was delicious and hot! The lady who took meal orders and delivered was the sweetest!

Every staff member that I had any interactions with was nothing short of professional and amazing ! From the security guard to all the labor and delivery staff to the postpartum crew including Lesley. Everyone was amazing and my experience was top tier ! Thank you so much for making sure my daughter and I received the top tier care that was given.
The nurses and doctor knew what to do to help me. They were very polite and helpful. The registration lady was very nice.
