My check-in Nurse, Megan was very professional. In the recovery room, I was never given my scripts for pain meds. So I made an visit to your ER later that evening in excruciating pain. I don't know if someone had called them into a pharmacy or if I just didn't get them or if the Dr. didn't write them. Very BIG miscommunication there which cost me an ER visit. Dr. Rogenes had done a left lithotripsy that AM. That wasn't right.
The anesthesiologist, Dr. Beck pulled an unprofessional stunt. He did call the night before. But his call didn't ring my phone, went directly to voice mail & his number was blocked. As a retired RN with a long medical history, I had some questions which I didn't get to ask. His message was spoken very fast & of course I got his instructions mixed up. If I had been able to speak with him directly, I would have been able to verbally repeat the instructions. He just brushed me off that morning which I didn't appreciate.
I like that it's a 24 hr facility. It needs to be enlarged & staffed better. Everyone was very nice, caring & concerned. Because it is so small, I did have to wait. I was in excruciating pain from a kidney stone. Once I was in a room, the care was prompt & pain relief was obtained. Very professional staff-just need more.
Great service
The care from the staff was perfect. From check in to resolution. When you are not well the last thing you need is an interaction with people who don't demonstrate the care in healthcare. This team was great.
All the staff were very kind and attentive. I loved Dr Kara and nurse Clayton-both were great listeners and very professional.

Everyone was friendly and efficient. The lobby felt like a hotel and the beeper system is good. Alll the staff for my colonoscopy were kind and the doctor gave a quick report.
I loved the hospital and the nursing staff and doctors. All very professional. My only issue is with the billing dept. Very unprofessional and the attitude is unacceptable. As a patient, they should be coordinating my insurance billing, not me. Isn't the billing depts job to make sure I'm being billed correctly? Otherwise, I love this hospital.
