Staff was amazing
Every nurse genuinely communicates care and listens to your concerns attentively to offer solutions. Specifically - Dawn in L & D was with me every step of my delivery and I am incredibly grateful she was there. Keith also was so reassuring when helping insert my epidural.
I recently had surgery at Baylor, Scott and White. I received great care from start to finish. You can’t go wrong with Baylor, Scott and White facilities.

The nurses were amazing, the food was really good, doctors are polite and great, hospital is quiet, waiting area in the lobby is beautiful. Nourishment room was great for family and guests.

I had a very short wait time and all the medical staff were great!
I had to wait a hour and a half to be moved from the lobby. Then the Dr didn't meet me before the procedure. And after the oxygen in my noise was totally inflamed from the oxygen blowing in it. I asked her for some to help my nose. And she wouldn't give me anything for it. I was sick for a week from my nose. My head was totally stopped up. I will never use her again. Thanks for the help and the call you didn't make to check up (phone call).

My son's surgery was the first time I had been to this hospital. I was impressed with the beautiful building, ease of check in, speed of being taken back for pre-op, on-time surgery, post op care and check out process. All employees that we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience.
