We had an amazing experience. This was our first baby so we had no idea what to expect, and we had some amazing nurses who really made us feel cared for. Emely was a stand out in labor and delivery, we were lucky to have her for two nights and during the birth of our son. And she was an integral part of the whole process and in making me feel comfortable and cared for. All of our nurses in labor and delivery and postpartum were amazing and really helped us through the process.

Dr. Ricks and everyone in the OR Room, KC (L&D), Ashleigh (Post Partum) and Irene (Post Partum) were the only people that cared and did a flawless job. The nurses in Post Partum (other than the two amazing ladies mentioned), lacked empathy, concern and I had to hit the call button just for a rude lady to answer it and seem annoyed when I needed anything. Facility is amazing, staff is horrid.

The professionalism of the staff, their attentiveness, and their ability to put one at ease prior to the procedures. Thank you!

The stuff there is arrogant especially Dr Charles ,doesn’t even talk to patients,short and out .Go to other ERs before you go here .Not worth it
