Literally every single interaction from check-in to check-out was positive, friendly, encouraging, professional, and so helpful. Every single person had a great attitude and made us feel so much better at every step of the way.
The food was fantastic and it was amazing for both parents to receive meals. We ate every single meal at the hospital from Friday through Monday and had great food every day. The food service staff were so kind and fast and helpful.
One of the biggest perks that I can’t imagine not having was the nursery. It was an absolute game-changer to have the amazing nursery staff to take care of our baby through the night so we could get caught up on sleep and be better for our baby the next day. This is an enormously helpful service and we will recommend friends to deliver at BSWF primarily for this reason.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish at Baylor Frisco.
I was sent a link for the patient portal to set my password, but it won't let me set a password without a medical record number. I don't have a medical record number and there isn't a medial record number anywhere in the email that I was sent. Why do I even have to do this? Shouldn't everything be at mybwshealth.com. I can't find any records anywhere and I feel like I should be able to find my medical records. The staff and nurses at the hospital were nice and professional.
Good services good nurse and good doctor
The entire staff was so friendly and helpful.
Everyone was professional, kind and calming Made me feel like my surgery was already successful. Especial Chase is pre-op. She removed all fear, hesitancy, and anxiety I had. Sweet soul
The CRNAs during my delivery were very rude and had attitudes. I was told different things by different people about the same subjects, not getting clear directions. I wasn’t allowed to schedule my meal delivery times and would get back from the NICU with cold food in my room. I once got gravy that was ice cold and had water dripping down it since it was so cold.
Even this email says urgent care. Online is urgent care, on the building is urgent care and the phone is answered urgent care. Yet my insurance company was billed as if you were an ER. My copay for ER is $600! Nowhere is this facility listed as an ER. I would not have used this facility if I had known you had falsely represented yourself as an urgent care. I have not been billed by you yet, but it better not be for an ER visit. I will escalate this with my insurance company and attorney if necessary. Now I know why no one was waiting to be seen!
Great job
Efficient. Nice
1. Waited 2 hours after my appointment for a scheduled GI procedure with not one person offering an apology or explanation for the delay!
2. I was not told to bring a list of allergies, only told to bring a list of current meds. When they asked for med allergies, I couldn’t recall all of them and asked them to access my BSW records. I was informed that they could not do that! That this facility uses a different system!?!
3. Being in the preop area I had limited internet/cell service to look up the allergies. They proceeded with anesthesia and the procedure without ever confirming what the med allergies were!!!!
4. While waiting 2 hours in the preop area, I was ignored for a good 30-40 minutes at least twice. It was very chilly and something more than a warm sheet would have been nice. The heated sheets lasted about 10 minutes.
No waiting time and everyone was friendly, courtesy, and respectful. Awesome experience!
My appointment was at 8:30. I checked in a little early. On e checked in, I waited in the lobby until almost 11:00. Several patients that arrived after me got called back first. Once taken back to the surgical area, I was prepped efficiently. It was a fairly long wait to be taken in for surgery. Once the procedure was over, I was told my colon was “a little narrow, and was knicked”. That lead to the surgeon having to place several metal clips to stop the bleeding. I now need a follow up CT scan which will be an out of pocket expense for me that shouldn’t be. I know there are risks with any procedure, however I just had an overall bad experience.
quality care and cleanliness
Food service in postpartum needs to be enhanced as kitchen closes early and poor portions
Clean and very friendly staff.
Your staff was professional. Kind. And put the care of the patient above the dollar. Medical city in contrast provided sub par care has shown staff with less the professional dynamics.
Your staff was honest made sure I was not in pain were honest about the procedure and exhibited an appropriate medical knowledge.
My guess is that the fact that your hospital is at least partially owned by the medical doctors does make a significant difference concerning care.
Great people great service.
The nurses and doctor were so kind during the entire process. Thank you!!
Both hospital and ER are well organized and friendly. I was treated quickly and am happy with the nurses and doctors.
Considering the circumstances of my treatment everyone from the receptionist @ Baylor frisco to the surgical team was AMAZING !

Everyone was so kind and patient. I loved each one of my nurses, and the girl who checked us in.
Not overcrowded
Friendly, answered all my questions, not stressful at all, very professional staff.
Always by your side. You always know what is going on.
This hospitals no blood to further investigate illness
Very professional and friendly at the same time. I really appreciate the staff and their service.
The staff and nurses are AWESOME! What keeps it from a 10, is your billing department. The one that handles surgeries. This is my second run in with an extremely rude person. I have had family members say the same thing. If you don't have the full balance, you are told to cancel your procedure. I've been told to take out loans and even go into my retirement fund. It was horrible!
Kindness, compassion, expediency & a little humor makes for a great visit when you’re not feeling well.
Made me feel comfortable, as you have very professional and friendly staff.

Everyone is very kind and accommodating.
