The staff from receiving to the technicians to the doctor was excellent. I was treated with courtesy, and an urgency provided the best care that I could have. Explanations were clear, and my options were explaining to me. All through the process I felt heard and understood. Fridays and competent sea of the staff was excellent. The thing that I valued, the most was that I felt cared for I would highly recommend. I felt that I got the best care I would like to think all those will help me.

Great care and efficiency.
I was asked to arrive at 6am, which I did. After checkin, most of which I had already completed, I waited for over an hour in the lobby with no updates. My surgery started at 841am and I was in a wheelchair outside at 1037am. The post op process was rushed and cold. I was offered a snack but the only option was shortbread cookies. I had to shout so someone could help me get to the restroom. My pro op experience was completely different. Teri was an AMAZING nurse. So kind and thoughtful. Dr. Whittaker called the night prior and his bedside manner is phenomenal. The two OR nurses were good. Dr. V was great as always.
The post op experience was nearly inhumane. The staff was clearly stressed. Poorly done.

We made the decision to drive farther to this emergency room, as I felt it would be a better experience. Best decision we ever made. They took care of us quickly, everyone was very efficient, personable and reassuring.
Our nurse, Bryan, was phenomenal! I had a very, very tough week and I don’t think anyone else could have helped me to feel better about the situation. He answered every question in basic terms that we could understand, and was able to calm my nerves through a difficult procedure. Great job!

I appreciated the personal service as the nurses were kind and not pushy. I will say it repeatedly, "Lidocaine" is best method before an IV is put in arm/hand.

Everything was great. Great facility
EVERYONE took such good care of me. From registration, to pre-op with Nurse Summer, my anesthesiologist Brett, my nurses Olivia, Maricar, and Kathleen, and my most favorite tech Jessy. This is my second procedure at this hospital, and I’ve had 4 kids at other hospitals, but this is hands down my favorite. My doctor Dr. Melissa Bailey is my favorite and her bedside manner is top notch always. I love everything about this hospital and staff.
The hospital is absolutely beautiful and very bright and welcoming! The nurses, doctors, all the medical personnel, and the techs are very helpful, open, and friendly.

Location is good plus the doctors and staff are incredible!
First, I appreciate how quickly they got me back for medical care. Jordan was exceptional at check-in. Both of my nurses were great! The physician needs to brush up on bed side manners. He literally walked in and said, what can I do for you? As if I knew how to treat my self. After I didn't reply, he preceeded to repeat the question. I said, I have no idea: proceeded to explain my symptoms and he interrupted me and said, so, it started Friday and you didn't think to call an ambulance or 911? My visit was so unbelievable, I left there and went straight to the actual Baylor Hospital. I'm making it my business to spread the word on all my social media platforms that this hospital isn't apart of Baylor and is a poor representation of the company.
