It took time to get the discharge papers and I had to wait for quite some time even though there weren't any complications.
The thoroughness and staff professionalism and level of care.
Very prompt and efficient check in and treatment. That is the key to any hospital or emergency room. Do you have to wait forever, or can you get in quickly? With efficient processes with up-to-date technology, with enough staffing to get treated quickly and fairly. Baylor Scott and White did that exceedingly well.

Baylor Frisco is my facility of choice. The lobby is clean and comfortable-- important since on this visit I had to have a driver, who would wait in the lobby. My nurse was exceptional-- competent and compassionate. I have very difficult veins, and he was very skilled, getting the catheter in one try-- and in my hand no less. This visit was for a colonoscopy, so needless to say I felt like crap (pun intended) but every single person was patient and kind, making things as easy as possible for me as a patient. They explained things clearly and proactively asked if I had any questions or concerns with which they could assist. Everything operates smoothly, and professionally but there is still a nice human factor to the way things are done.

Good people, amazing processing, great procedures: The surgical team all introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions. All medical information verified and documented multiple times. Most of the painful parts of the operation were accomplished while I was under general anesthesia. Nice touch!
My mouth, jaw, and tongue are still a little achy for whatever was used as a CPAP substitute. Not enough to take a pill for it... but enough to know some kind of trauma was introduced to my mouth and throat.
Calming, reassuring "5-Star hotel-like" waiting area. It was a very good experience!

I’m from out of town first of all…my daughter had used Dr Taylor for the same surgery and she had a very successful experience so that’s what led me to use him. My experience was even more positive than I could imagine. From the minute I walked in the door I felt calm and at ease. The entire staff was very impressive. I loved how they enter acted with each other…last but not least I’ve only had two surgeries in my 69 years but my husband has had many procedures and never had we have any doctor's to pray over us. I’m so thankful that I made the decision to travel to Frisco and use Dr Taylor for my surgery. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you! Sincerely Name removed
Everyone was so wonderful from the nurses to the doctors. I have had several operations in the past and my stay at Baylor Scott White was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. I want to thank all of you who helped me.

Minimal wait time, quick registration process. Unfortunately, symptoms could not be managed at the clinic.
The professional appearance of the facility. Felt like I was in a real medical facility, unlike being in a CareNow building.
The doctors and nurses also look and interact in a very professional and courteous manner.
