I had a knowledgeable and fun conversation with an employee in the morning, and when I called back to say I was on my way to buy the bike, the second employee had it all ready for me and was again very knowledgeable, and we had a laugh at the awkwardness of having to had over the money outside and then have the bike brought out to me.

I have enjoyed my Trek road bike now for about ten years. It had required very little by way of service. I did bring it in this past summer for a tune amidst the COVID restrictions and was really impressed by how well the appointment system worked and also with the bike after the service.
