chose trek initially because of convenient location...a neighbourhood bike shop...now im a fan because of service and personality... a real person answers the phone and if they are busy call back in no time... got an estimate when i brought my bike in and it was spot on...my grandkids bought bikes here because of a trade-up service ...friendly and knowledgeable

Availability and reliability
Well....service was punctual for my appt. and demonstration complete. I’ve only had my new bike out twice but I did have to get some adjustments like a different seat, handle bars raised, etc. but that was to be expected and I did not need it done in store. Fun so far.J.
The staff, especially Leanne, were incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and were really prompt in responding back to my email enquiries. They explained features of my new bike and how to ride it safely. I could not recommend this store more.
