Due to pandemic they were up front suggesting that a certain part may not be available but thankfully it was. Our 2 bikes were ready within a couple of days, shiny and ready for the road.

The only thing that would be helpful (ironically, in some respects) would be short-term drop-off parking (e.g., behind the building?) - parking is limited and awkward, which will pose a challenge for those bringing their bikes in from afar, or bikes in a state of disrepair.
