I had ordered my bike back in October I think. They were fantastic about the layaway process. The bike came when expected. They got it put together and let me know right away, even though it was after hours. I was in the next day to try out and get fitted. Everyone was great at the store. They took the time to make sure I was happy with everything. Their Covid protocols are excellent and I felt very comfortable.
I purchased a Roscoe 8 and have been very pleased. Don't have too many hours yet and am really waiting to get on a trail but quite pleased still.
Going to call this week to bring in for my free one month check up which is another great service.

The customer service was excellent. The staff spent a lot of time with me on the trainer tweaking the bike to get a good fit. I was initially going to buy a bike from another store but after having Ash and Leanne invest their time and experience as well as their patience I wanted to go with a place I could trust. Would 100% recommend to friends. The bike fitting at the start and lack of pressure to buy was what really pulled me in.
