I had a knowledgeable and fun conversation with an employee in the morning, and when I called back to say I was on my way to buy the bike, the second employee had it all ready for me and was again very knowledgeable, and we had a laugh at the awkwardness of having to had over the money outside and then have the bike brought out to me.

Responsive and accommodating, which makes things easy to purchase
The customer service was excellent. The staff spent a lot of time with me on the trainer tweaking the bike to get a good fit. I was initially going to buy a bike from another store but after having Ash and Leanne invest their time and experience as well as their patience I wanted to go with a place I could trust. Would 100% recommend to friends. The bike fitting at the start and lack of pressure to buy was what really pulled me in.
