I'm most impressed by the service you offer. The people in the shop are exceptionally well organized. The employees are friendly and work well with each other so that all customers get the service they need. I got the feeling that deciding on the right bike for me was more important than the store making a sale. I liked getting a text notification when stock arrived so that I didn't have to keep calling or emailing to inquire about stock. I will definitely recommend Trek Kingston to my cycling friends.
