Trek Store Kingston staff is knowledgeable and laid back; no high pressure sales pitch but lots of good advice if you need it. Trek has high quality products at competitive prices including for a hard-to-fit size like mine. My previous bike was a Trek and I wanted to try something different for my new one but Trek was the only one that ticked all the boxes.
