The service is great & the staff are very knowledgeable. I like the calm atmosphere when you enter the store. it's not like some other shops where you are bombarded and pushing a sale onto you. I also like the fact they go by "basically if your not happy with the repair bring it back" . I too volunteer @ a community bike shop and think along the same lines . If your not happy will do our best to fix it proper. So they definitely meet the customers needs . They do not push you out of the store but take the time to answer your questions but also explain things to customers what was replaced and why. I have dealt with many bike shops over my years but very comfortable with bringing my business to Trek . Great Staff and Great Owners so all I can say is Great job to everyone there and they take the time to get to know their customers by name .
Great personal service. I have been accommodated on short notice many times and am treated like a friend more than a customer. Bontrager gear, lights, wheels and clothing have proven excellent. 2 of my riding buddies have bought domane's since my purchase 3 years ago.
