We were traveling and had some major trouble with our bike rack. The employees at trek did everything they possibly could to help. They trouble shooter the rack for us. They searched all of Kingston for a new rack for us. When we figured out we were really stuck, they offered to store our bikes for us for 2 weeks for FREE!!! Amazing service and kindness!!!

I’ve been a fairly regular customer for several years. The products are standard for bike shops. The store looks great. A spacious show room with a nice variety in selection. What brings me back again and again is the people. The service is always friendly, non judgemental and super helpful. So many other bike shops I’ve visited have a cliquey feeling, like you’re not worthy of their service. This Trek location feels welcoming from the start. From novice to hardcore, you’ll be welcomed here.
