I was at the trek store in Kingston Ontario. The staff and service there was phenomenal. They are so helpful and I believe they are honest and straight forward. I needed some parts and some advice and I feel like I got amazing free advice and when ordering my part they showed me different parts that I could use not like some stores who right away offer most expensive parts. They also did a few things for free that surprised me. At the end of the day best service in Kingston hands down. Thank you to the team at Trek Kingston I’ll. Be seeing you Tuesday or Wednesday when my parts come in.

Did a fair amount of research before settling on a TREK bike. The range of TREK products and features is wide enough to fit anyone's budget. The service I received from Sue and the technician on hand that day was exemplary. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Very organized...very informative...professional.

Products are great, however, my main reason for returning and for recommending Trek Kingston is that there isn’t an air of pretentiousness I’ve encountered in so many other bike shops. I’ve never felt like my question is a dumb one or an obvious one. The staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to give the extra effort to help with whatever you quest or question is. The service desk is always open to questions as well and willing to “shoot the s**t’ about bikes and everything that belongs to them! Great shop. Great folks! Thanks!

Staff are knowlegdable, friendly + attentive. They know what kind of cyclist I am...sometimes better than I know myself! The staff go above + beyond to accommodate me (ie taking my bike to the shop so that I don't have to...thank you!!!) and are patient with my slow decision making.
