Everybody is quite knowledgeable, but if they aren’t sure about something, they will get someone who knows. The entire staff is super friendly and are obviously enthusiastic about cycling.

I appreciated the special service of being able to pick up and deliver my bike, when I no longer have a suitable van to get the bike to the shop.
The tuneup price has elevated substantially from my last visit, but I hope that the attention to my bike warrants that increase.
