Personable, professional approach to their work. Have gone out of their way to assist me in Surrey, BC with abling my autistic brother, who lives in Kingston, Ontario, to acquire necessary bikes and support items to help him ride efficiently and safely. They are always available to help with necessary repairs and maintenance so that he can ride (something he loves) effectively when he wants. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly for their support and professional approach to their passion of helping those who love to ride fulfill their ambitions.

The service was great, we were in a short time frame to get a helmet up to a cyclist who had fallen the previous weekend and required a replacement.

The staff ordered the new helmet for prompt replacement and when it came in they got InTouch with us immediately to let us know about its arrival.

Last summer I purchased two helmets for our grandchildren and the staff offered to replace a helmet if my choice of colour did not suit our grand children's taste.

Great shop to work with and the display of bikes and supplies is awesome.

I like the fact the staff remember their customers by name even if almost a year later and 1000's of customers later. they take the time to explain any draw backs as per the repair. Friendly services and their dog Molly she is a treat all her own. I don't hesitate to take my bikes there
