Since picking up my bike 2 days ago, I still haven't had a chance to take it for a spin due to the rain...but I'm going out today! The staff at Trek are all so nice and friendly! Greg helped me understand the differences in the 2 electric bikes I tried out and I was able to make my decision based on all the differences as well as the test drive. I know I'm going to love my e-Townie! There was always a constant flow of clients whenever we were there, and it was very obvious that Trek has a terrific reputation for both products and services. I'm very glad I decided to purchase from here.
