I was especially appreciative of Sue giving me your web site with the goal of comparing the two bikes I had looked at during my first visit. Having looked at other bikes in other stores, I found it both an impressive tool and a kind act, allowing me to go home, decompress, check things out on line and then allow the day to percolate in my head.

The day I picked up the bike was also very professional and kind. Much of what i have encountered in selecting this bike brought with it new vocabulary and skill sets that will challenge me in the weeks to come. I found your staff appreciative of this, helping me make decisions, guiding me through a process yet doing so in a kindly, yet with informed manner. As I left with my bike, I felt that I would be welcomed back for adjustments and technical help rather than as someone who has been sold a product and then waved off.

Excellent service. In particular took plenty of time to get the right fit for shoes and to ensure cleats were aligned well. Subsequently bought a new trek gravel bike! For the members of our triathlon club this is our go-to bike store.
