Sue was extremely knowledgeable, patient and personal on my recent trip to pick up some bike shorts and a new saddle. She went the extra mile offering to put my new saddle on my bike as well as educating me on how to adjust it.

Jim was great with my questions about bike maintenance!

My bike ride home on my new saddle was great! Great quality and comfort! The shorts look like great quality, I am very eager to give them a try.

What do you like about our products and services?

Some of the friendliest and most helpful employees I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was open about having very little knowledge and felt that I could absolutely trust the information and advice I was being given. An exceptionally welcoming environment and a totally positive experience. I wish I had more extensive bike needs so that I could provide this store with more business, but will have to settle for recommending it at every possible opportunity.

Since my own first mountain bike in the Jurassic (a Trek Antelope) I have bought bikes for my kids (one now 17!) from Trek. The bikes are solid in build quality and have components that are at the top of the price bracket, with nice styling and geometry as well. A consistently competitive choice.
