Every time i have walked in the store i have been greeted by an employee and then let look around for a bit. Then, an employee always finds me to check and see if i need help. Never pushy and genuinely interested in helping me find what i need. This isnt rocket science, its just the perfect example of how to best run any customer service/retail based business. Ive been in the store many times and every single employee has been a pleasure. As for the store, its always bright, well organized and clean. Cant ask for much more!

You can feel the passion everyone at this store has for bikes and bike life! Service is topnotch and recognized by other clients easily. The other day when I was in, someone was picking up their bike after a tuneup and mentioned they had been to another shop in the city that basically did little for his bike & acted like they were not interested. He was quite happy to get feedback from the mechanic and clearly understood what had been done to his bike. He will obviously be coming back.
