I was very appreciative of the fact that the personnel at the store were able to answer my questions regarding some bike repaires, and suggested to bring my bicycle in to have someone look at the issues. Once I brought it in, it was assessed and repaired within a couple of hours.
The people at the store were very helpful and friendly, and the bike has been performing well ever since. This was all done under the current coronavirus situation, and the store people were very organized and accomodating.

Everything is high end top quality, your location is convenient, the service is prompt & always top notch. Back brakes work great on my CCM Static. I had a great deal of difficulty replacing the front disc brake pads on my CCM Static today but I finally succeeded. From now on I will let the technicians at Trek Bicycle Shop do it for me.
