I was very well serviced by Beth and the person who delivered my bike. Both were very helpful and responded to all my questions.
AMAZING experience! We received speedy and excellent customer service. There were safe physical distancing practices that made the exchange 100% safe. We were able to wait while our product was installed, and we were given a discount on a product, rather than wait for another one to be shipped to the store. Friendly, speedy, professional and safe. A fantastic experience from start to finish, and one that I would recommend to anyone wanting a repair or bicycle product. During these times of COVID 19, bike rides are important for our family to stay healthy, both physically and mentally. Access to the TREK services and supplies are an excellent tool for our city during this time. I was also happy to be able to safely support such an important local business.

Wow, what an amazing local bike business we have in Kingston! Trek Bicycle Kingston came highly recommended by friends of ours who recently bought bikes and helmets and had some bikes tuned up for the upcoming season. On the phone, the owners were very professional, helpful and knowledgable. During this pandemic, they provided a pickup, service and drop off of our 4 bikes in a short amount of time. We also needed two helmets for our kids and they provided links to products they carry and were helpful in helping us pick the right sizes. We will definitely continue to support this local business for all our bicycle needs. Thanks Trek Bicycle Kingston for getting us set up for cycling as a family!

The staff are all amazing. Ashan’s wives have both helped me with my purchases - BLB to ring me out and Leanne to disinfect everything! The mechanics are so talented (& dreamy!) and exercise great patience with my endless queries. And even Ashan is great at coming up with new, efficient protocols (though not always so great at following them). Above all, Molly is the cutest (even with her oozing sores). Thanks Trek Bicycle Kingston, I will be back (I heard it’s pizza day Monday!).
