currently, without a bike rack on my car, I had no safe way to get my bike to the store and back. Thank you for providing this service during this time of CO-VID 19 - it is so helpful.

The staff are the best part of the experience. I went in as a total novice not know anything and was guided completely through the buying experience. It was absolutely wonderful the time they took and questions they asked. I never felt like there was a wrong or stupid question. I look forward to returning in a month for my bike tune up.
