Availability of products, central location, prompt answers to my enquiries, excellent customer service and delivery.

Firstly buying a bike when you arent an avid rider, you'd have alot of questions to ask to ensure you are buying the right bike. Doing that while socially distancing I thought would be a challenge, but not for Leanne at Trek Kingston. She ask detailed questions of my husband and I and gave detailed answers, in writing no less, to help us make a decision about the best bike for us. The entire experience was the best buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend Trek Kingston handsdown to anyone out there that needs a new bike or help with their existing bikes. They are good people , honest and care for their customers.

Superb customer service. I purchased a bike over the telephone, with follow-up via email. Very knowledgeable staff, prompt replies to email with helpful information. I picked-up my bike the same day I ordered it, and everything was ready when I arrived. I highly recommend, and would purchase from them again. Thank you!

Huge shout out to the entire crew at Trek! We completed our entire order over the phone, and we received our products as scheduled. Even better, the after sales support has been exceptional. Two items needed to be exchanged due to sizing concerns, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us.

My bike is working better than ever now. Some new parts and it was ready for a 15 km rip with no issues.

Customer service is amazing. Beth has helped me purchase three bikes for myself and family members. My sons bike needed a small adjustment and delivery came back to my house within a few hours and it was perfect. My son loves his bike and we’re officially a Trek family.
