In spite of COVID 19 restrictions Trek still provided excellent service. I called for an appt to have my bike serviced. I dropped it off the same day and less than a week later it was cleaned, the tires replaced and it was roadworthy. The sales associates were friendly and they even removed the ants that were living in the bike frame. The price of $42 was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and will buy my next bike at Trek

Everything. You've been looking after our bikes for a long time. You always find the best solution for an issue with a specific bike (considering budget, longevity, etc), you fit us in as soon as possible, you're full-on bike experts and enthusiasts, and it's always nice to see you - friendly, easy going, helpful.

Easy to drop off and fast service!
We found our Trek bikes to be be well built and very comfortable to ride in a multitude of terrains that we enjoy riding on. The service, both in sales and service, were great especially in the unusual times in which we purchased these bikes. It was over the phone and referencing online resources, during a pandemic. The experience of the staff was really great in guiding us through the selection of the best combination of bikes for both wife and myself. Keep up the great work.
