Fantastic customer service. I had to order a bike and it arrived on time which during Covid-19 is not always the case. Whenever I contacted the store either via email or phone the responses were helpful and friendly including when I wanted to change the colour of the bike I had ordered :-)

Leeanne at Trek Kingston helped me out tremendously. COVID has made bicycles pretty hard to come by unless you wait for months. She helped me find a bike that worked and would be available in a couple of weeks.

My bike is fantastic. Dual Sport 3 in Factory Orange. Took it out yesterday for its maiden voyage. I was actually laughing when riding it because it was so easy to pedal and ride.

I was very pleased with the sales person, Beth. She was most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I also liked how much of your staff are women. Years ago when I cycled, the staff at Cyclepath were all men and I felt they talked down to a woman.
I am also please with the bike I bought. I took it out for a ride the next day and was thrilled at how it handled and also am pleased with the warrantee and the 30 day free tune up. I will highly recommend your store and thank you Beth.

I called your store and spoke to a salesperson about the trunk bicycle rack I wanted to buy and within less than 10 minutes the sale was completed. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The service provided from my first phone call. I ordered my large frame bike that arrived two weeks later. I had a1.5 hour drive to pick up the bike and have extras added they were all on the bike when I arrived. The service in the shore was outstanding they made you feel welcome ,had suggestions. They had very good COVID19 protocol in place. They even bought the bike to me behind the store to load on my carrier, I had never heard of Trek before that all changed from the positive experience of spending $1,400 on a new bike. Leanne was my contact in the store and my first call was with Beth. Great team
