We really like Trek bikes. This store was quite possibly the best customer service experience that we have ever had. The entire staff was great. The lady that served us was unbelievably knowledgeable and great to work with.

The buying process gave my girlfriend and I a similar sensation to buying a car, which I think is awesome. It made us feel better about making the purchase. I hope this is a streamlined thing for all Trek specific stores.
Only negative thing (for Trek in general) - I think that for the price of the Top Fuel 8 it should come with a better derailleur. I would have liked to see a racing level derailleur on my 2021 Top Fuel 8 as that is what its intended for.
Overall, we had a great experience in the Kingston Trek store and will recommend the store to our friends in the future.
