Trek was fantastic, from initial conversations, to drop-off, and to pick-up.

All my concerns / questions were noted ahead of time during my initial phone call. Drop-off was very easy, and service timing was reasonable. When picking up, my receipt included all the details of the work done (+notes), and a mechanic was also available to walk me through the changes and give some more detailed explanations.

Liked the small details (e.g. text message saying service was done and the receipt with mechanics notes).

Great staff, will come back to Trek for other bike needs in the future.

Thorough

The store is organized and easy to be in. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. They’re following protocol for Covid19, and even though we had to make an appointment to go in, I did not feel rushed to get in and out. I was given freedom to take a bike for a test ride, and ultimately purchased a new and fun ebike! Which they delivered to me in Westport! Great service all round.
