Great people and great service! We had a couple of our bikes repaired and serviced. I will say that despite the ongoing covid pandemic the wait time was long but it is the new norm so not a complaint. What I appreciated most was the communication with the staff and their responsiveness to all my questions. I light of how busy they are this is certainly a double fist pump kudos to the TBK crew. Very friendly and upfront about cost and recommendations. I would like to have got into a bit more details regarding options for the fixes (in terms of which replacement parts are available) as my knowledge on this stuff is modest at best. I feel that the limited 'facetime' and how busy they are (due to covid) during the whole exchange is in part to blame.
In any case I have been to many bike shops over the years including shops here in Kingston. Their passion for biking translates into excellent service. Also, let me just say that we live on the west side of the city with other bike shops much much closer yet we will continue to give our patronage to TBK.

The available stock and selection on hand is what a cyclist scores from Trek Kingston shop. Every employee is knowledgeable and super friendly. Trek Kingston is the best cycle shop in Kingston.

The team was super responsive from the first call to a couple follow up emails afterwards. When I arrived at the store to test the bike, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They walked through everything I would need to know or need to have to be safely equipped for my first ride.
