My wife and I both purchased bikes along with some accessories and we were impressed with both the quality of the product and the personal service we received during and after the buying process. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our bikes were ready when we were told they would be and they fitted each bike to our individual needs. Very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Trek to anyone.
