Excellent customer service and repairs.

Lianne went above and beyond to locate an x large Marlin for my son during a time when everything ( including bikes) has become a casualty of Covid. The bike arrived 2 months earlier than expected. The staff on site when I picked up the bike were so pleasant, related a great deal of helpful information and within hours, I had been emailed my receipt and all registrations, as promised. My son has only had his bike for 24 hours but is already very impressed with it. I have no doubt that if we encounter any difficulties with the bike, that they will deliver on service to remedy the problem, something I would not experience if I had not kept it local and ordered on line. I would highly recommend Trek Kingston to anyone.
