Great people working there! They always take their time with and ensure i feel heard, never push products on my but guide me to a few different based on my needs. I love how some mechanics are working outfront to allow customer to interact with them.

Only drawback for me is the store location. There is no parking at the store - and we have to drive to location when dropping bikes off for service.
Nice people. Very knowledgeable. The type of people you want to have a coffee and a bun with. Took my new Trek Domane (my first road bike) on a 115km tour the day after I picked it up. Road beautifully after having the fit service. Would definitely recommend Trek Kingston.
