Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Leanne was my salesperson and I can not say enough about how wonderful she is! Leanne also made my daughter feel very special and went the extra mile for her. This is my daughter's first Trek bike, it was a birthday present to her and when we went in to get her sized to the bike -- there was a bow and certificate on the bike -- plus a brand new water bottle.

I would recommend Leanne and the Trek Bicycle Kingston to anyone especially family and friends! The service is excellent and my daughter is over the moon with her bike and how fast she can ride now. Thank you Leanne for all your help and recommendations with everything!

I have never been that into biking but I am working in a position where I need to bike a lot. I came into Trek looking for an entry-level hybrid bike and really had no knowledge of what I was purchasing. The Trek Kingston staff was absolutely lovely and I left with the perfect bike (FX1) and all the accessories I needed to ride safely while enjoying myself.

I have been biking all over Kingston for the last few days and could not be happier!

Absolutely the best bike store! The staff are amazing they are incredibly knowledgeable and so welcoming and patient. Trek brand of course is excellent. Being able to buy clothing or a helmet and being able to return it with in 30 days if it doesn’t work for you no questions asked!

The awesome staff took the time to make sure I got the bike that fit me perfectly! I appreciated that since my knowledge of bikes and how they should feel is very limited!
