Highly responsive (efficient), very personable staff, explanations clear, thorough, understandable and, yet, not patronizing. Services not exorbitant (although many products are expensive).
Pretty well everything. Just bought two new bikes, so hopefully we will like them. Sales staff (primarily Sue and Beth) are very knowledgeable, patient with our questions and a pleasure to work with. Technical staff are outstanding: over the past five or so years have performed miracles to rebuild and extend the lives our two (now) 18-year old bikes at what we have considered to be reasonable costs.
