Every time I come over for service I’m always treated very kindly and with respect. I say this because I used to go to another bicycle shop in town and they would either dismiss me or treat me like an idiot because I didn’t know how to fix my bike. So THANK YOU
Friendly staff, always greet me when I enter the store, and are good at listening and directing me to what I am looking for. I do not feel that there is pressure from the sales staff to buy or look at items I am not expressing interest in. Very profession staff.
