I've always been a Trek fan, I own two road bikes. I find anything you stock to be quality even if it is not directly Trek. Staff are great. Location is not the greatest for parking but what can you do.

Besides the bike and accessory products which I feel are high-quality, the most important factor for me is the personalized, professional and very patient services provided by all the staff, beginning with the co-owner Ashan, and extending to the technical staff such as Jamie, Greg and Beth, not to mention the service supervisor Sue. It actually felt so welcoming, that there were times when I felt I was in a TV commercial for Trek lol and wondered where the hidden cameras were! This is the best bike dealership in Kingston!
