Fantastic staff, everybody was friendly and very helpful. I entered the store at 4:45 on a Friday night when the store closed at 5pm. I expected I’d have to rush to make my purchase but the employees allowed me to shop without pressure, stayed late and provided a high level of service. In the midst of the challenging business environment created by COVID, with frequent lockdowns and supply chain disruptions, the team at Trek Kingston still managed to deliver a great customer experience. They stayed in touch, kept us posted on a changing delivery schedule and, when received, had our bikes built, accessorized and delivered quickly and in perfect working order. All of this with professionalism, good humour and a focus on making sure we were set up for a great biking experience. We would recommend Trek Kingston to anyone.
