Recently I took a trip to Kingston, Ontario to pick up my new Trek bike. I was very impressed with the quality of my bike, and the employees were very outgoing, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Needless to say I would highly recommend Trek to a friend or family member.

Staff were very helpful and very good with my 4 year old. No one minded that she played with a number of bells that were in the rack or that she was entertaining herself while I was being service. Everyone was great

Quality and service

I made an appointment to shop in the store. A staff member let me in right away. All the store employees were friendly, and the sales person that helped me select a saddle was knowledgeable and professional.

Great service..

You staff are awesome . I took two police auction bikes into your shop a couple of years ago. You rebuilt them , and I and my son are happily cycling to work , and on trails with them . I bought helmets from you, and they are stylish and great, for my two children... so they will wear them!!! I’m a nurse ,so I’ve seen a lot of head injuries in my time. I feel at least I gave my grown children a protective lifesaving measure . You also have tuned up an old Nishiki bike I had from 35 years ago, that my daughter is now riding , and it’s working great. Thanks for all you do, I will definitely be a repeat customer .
