I liked how they kept me informed about the progress of delivery for the bike despite the difficult situation our supply chains are in. The store is connected to the Trek delivery system and kept me abreast of approximately when it would arrive. Very personable staff who truly enjoy biking personally.

Great attentive service!

I had great experience in TREK Kingston. Staff are very knowledgeable and gave me precise and helpful suggestions. I had to return and exchange the item that I purchased, but the process was very smooth and everyone who assisted me was kind and friendly in person and over the phone. I’ll be going back there again next time I need anything bike related.

I will definitely recommend friends/family to go to Trek if they have any biking needs. I am SO IMPRESSED with the service from start to end.

On my first encounter with Trek Kingston when i was shopping for a mountain bike, Ashen gave me invaluable advice on what bike would suit me (after a few bike rides now, he was spot on) and saved me from a bike purchase i would've regretted. He was patient with my questions and sincere with his recommendations and i am very happy with my bike.

I called in multiple times after placing the order to sort out payment but ran into some credit card problems. I felt like i was being annoying but all the different staff members i spoke to were so gracious about it.

Lastly, the person i bombarded with email questions and who also helped us through the bike pick up was Leanne. I thought she was very attentive to my needs, genuine in her sales and really helpful.

The customer service was exceptional and we will like to go back or send our friends there whenever possible.
