Our new Trek bikes are awesome. They are lightweight, easy to handle and have comfortable saddles. Beth helped us with the initial order. We were not exactly sure what we wanted and she really helped us to narrow down our choice.

Yesterday, my husband and I did our first bike ride in probably 30 years- and it was fun with these bikes.

I called the Kingston store on two other occasions seeking a third bike for our daughter. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and honest...in other words, not trying to sell me a bike but rather helping me determine which bike would be most suitable for our daughter. I was unable to secure a suitable bike at this location (at this time, for summer riding 2021) but the advice I received was very helpful.

When we picked up our bikes, the staff member was very helpful, informative and patient with these new biking enthusiasts. He took his time explaining and showing the bike functions to us and encouraged us to contact Trek Kingston for any follow-up assistance.

Overall, our experience with Trek Kingston was very positive and we will definitely be back.

Easy to use website for booking an appointment; clear and friendly service; they didn’t make me feel bad or silly for bringing in an old bike for a tune up.

The people that helped us purchase our trek bicycles were very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff that helped us set up the bikes for sizing and educating on how to take off, put front wheel back on were courteous and professional, sharing in our excitement of beautiful new bikes. We'll definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone.

It was very easy to do business with Trek Kingston when I had them service and repair my very old Schwinn Moab mountain bike. Easy drop off and pick, no up selling or adding on repairs, fair pricing and no surprises - what more could a customer ask for. I will be a return customer and will advertise for Trek Kingston.
