Beth Wartman, my sales associate at was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the order process. No question or later add on to my order was too much. I like the quality of the bike and am currently tweeking it to meet my specifications. Still too early to say much about performance but on the initial rides, I am very pleased.

Staff is very friendly and is able to give great advice and direction. I also get an easily understandable discussion of pros and cons of different products. Trek bikes are always great bikes so confidence in the product. And very reliable about timeline for when bikes will come in.
