I was most impressed by the service I received; initially by telephone: confirming availability of in-store stock based on my bike's specs; followed by in-person intake and assessment of bike, my requests/wish-list and queries; later with timely turnaround (communicated electronically) and a most satisfying 'over-the-phone' breakdown/confirmation (initiated by me, by phone), by customer service person, of the work-order, and the actual parts that were replaced (and/or *not* necessary to replace!!); in-person pick up was great, too, with professional presentation/delivery of bike...
I was elated! The two, "first contact" female customer service agents were astounding and helpful. No ridiculous sales pitches or upselling! Very grounded and knowledgeable. I am immensely pleased with the technicians work and the deep-clean of my bicycle was excellent! A worthwhile re-investment! A heartfelt thank-you to the employees at Trek Kingston... quite the bustling, modernized, repair and sales centre, with a (seemingly) large staff for efficiency--that worked! It could have intimidating/off-putting--but I appreciated having the same, fantastic service agents to greet me again, to close my work-order.

Trek is a good product which i did my research and wanted to have. I had put a deposit on a domane sl6 in ottawa which i would only get in january. I found one online in kingston which i bought. I was greeted professionally by the owners and well taken care of. They recommended me on trek products and we agreed that the domane would be best for me then made sure the bike was properly set up . I was very happy with my experience with trek kingston.
