Trek is a good product which i did my research and wanted to have. I had put a deposit on a domane sl6 in ottawa which i would only get in january. I found one online in kingston which i bought. I was greeted professionally by the owners and well taken care of. They recommended me on trek products and we agreed that the domane would be best for me then made sure the bike was properly set up . I was very happy with my experience with trek kingston.

Fantastic staff, everybody was friendly and very helpful. I entered the store at 4:45 on a Friday night when the store closed at 5pm. I expected I’d have to rush to make my purchase but the employees allowed me to shop without pressure, stayed late and provided a high level of service. Products are awesome but I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

While I didn’t end up buying anything the staff were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They really took the time to talk with me about my options. Had this world wide bike shortage not been an issue I absolutely would have purchased a trek. And certainly will in the future!
