I called in during the day and she was both knowledgeable and willing to help me with my needs. She had 2 bikes ready for an appointment and did not rush the entire experience. She helped with an order in, rather than make a quick sale and that was commendable in this day and age of fast turnaround. Leanne exceeded my expectations as a sales girl and I wouldn't hesitate to send somebody her way. Her personality and people skills are an asset.

I own an older model Powerfly Mountain EBike, I love the terrain and distance it enables me to travel. I believe all eBikes are the way of the future for commuters on their way to/from work for example. In terms of service (as it pertains to the Kingston, Ontario store). I’ve been in about 4-5 times now, the staff always seem hyper-efficient at their job, like their attention is been taken away from doing more important business elsewhere? It’s an almost cliquish vibe, I can’t quite put my finger on it?
The staff were patient, very knowledgeable and didn't pressure to upsell, but we were informed of possible upgrades we may seek out as we get more into cycling. Very happy with our experience and will return.

Service was super friendly, professional and very informative. I did not feel rushed and was not intimidated to ask questions. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone. As for my new bike, I haven't tried it out yet since there is 4 ft of snow outside!
