The store is a friendly place. Lots of smiles. And there are many different yet impressive bikes, road, electric, hybrid, gravel, all interesting. Service is prompt. The staff is well informed. They know what they are doing. Yes - I will be back.

Extremely friendly staff who are knowledgeable and welcoming. They were very polite and explained the issues with my bicycle clearly to me eventhough I don't understand bikes very well they didn't make me feel out of place

Best part of getting your bike tool’d is chatting with the team at Trek Kingston. Ashan, Sue and Beth are absolute gems and Mike (mechanic) truly knows his way around a Madone. I appreciate you all so much and truly enjoy my visits. So lucky to have a Trek store in Kingston.
