Had a concern about my rear breaks on my 2022 FX 3 Disc Screeching, and it was looked at promptly, and even got the bike back the next day (yesterday).

Unfortunately the beak issue has returned within an hour of riding it. I just called my local Trek store, and they said no problem book a time next week and we’ll look at it again. Thank you! :)

Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Service appointments are easy to book and mechanics do a great job servicing my bike. Bought a new Trek gravel bike this year which I am thrilled with. I love that I get a text reminding me of my upcoming service appointment. Thanks for keeping my bike in great riding condition.

Hi, I had found & called your store because I'd been searching for a Specialized saddle that was not longer being made but had worked very well for me prior to a cycling accident in 2020. You had it in stock...but I live 3hrs away from Kingston, so was a bit of an issue!

I spoke to Leanne who was so nice & helpful. She arranged to have the saddle shipped to me & I received less than a week later. When I received my package, Leanne had included a nice little note wishing me success with the saddle. I'm happy to report that it's working well for me!!

She truly made the experience a 10 & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your store & Leanne to anyone in the area.
