Friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. Our sales person Beth took the time to explain every detail of the operation of the Trek Verve 2+ e-bike I purchased. She patiently listened and answered my questions about operation and maintenance. The technicians made a few adjustments for my best comfort levels and then helped to load it into the car. The service from start to finish was excellent!
