I was the only one in the store when I arrived. There were only staff there.
I researched and asked for the Saris 2 bike trunk carrier. They were sold out.
The owner said to wait as he had another idea for me.
He came back with another bike carrier from another supplier.
It was more expensive and had much more options.
He gave it to me for the lower price!!!!
I was so impressed with the service.
While he was getting the carrier, the girls and I were having a great conversation and laughing and joking around.
It felt quite relaxing and I would say a great place to go and get a bike or any accessories.
Quite happy for the whole experience!!!

Bought a Trek Checkpoint ALR5 Driftless. Started talking to Leanne, who was excellent and walked me thru the process over the phone without putting on the hard sell. Ended up booking a time to come in for a size check/fit.

The bike was ready at the appt time (I came from Ottawa so this was important), and Beth did a very professional job with the sizing/fitting, and providing me with the requested accessories. The only thing I couldn't get during the visit was a custom Trek Kingston Jersey or T-shirt (will definitely keep an an eye on the website)

The checkout experience was great as well. Finally a shoutout to the Mechanics. The bike was still in the box when I called, so I suspect it was assemble for my appt. First ride was 114km on mostly gravel north of Gatineau Park with 750 meters of climbing. Bike was flawless, with the rider was as well.

I was on a long multi day ride and popped in because i was having saddle issues. The woman who helped me quickly measured me and had me on my way with a new seat fast. I really really appreciated her (blonde long haired woman at the kingston store - sorry i didn’t catch her name)
